Editorial policy
What we publish and why.
Planning guidance and installer profiles should make their sources, limitations, dates, and commercial relationships easy to understand.
Editorial records
Published long-form work requires accurate authorship, a completed internal editorial check, dates, supporting evidence, and clear disclosure. Named expert review is shown only when a genuine relevant specialist performed it. Unfinished work is not presented as finished guidance.
Installer records
Profiles summarize public evidence about company identity, residential work, capabilities, service reach, and contact details. A listing request does not guarantee inclusion.
Commercial separation
Paid relationships must be labeled and must not guarantee favorable editorial treatment. Referral arrangements do not replace evidence review.
Corrections
Correction requests are checked against current sources. Material changes are reflected in the profile and its information-check date.
