Privacy
A project brief should not become a tracking profile.
Contact and project information submitted through a form is used to evaluate and respond to that request. It is not sent to analytics.
Information boundaries
- Do not submit an exact home address. Broad city and state or region information is sufficient for the initial review.
- Do not email or attach a floor plan. The current form accepts plain-text room dimensions, a controlled floor-plan readiness status, and bounded project notes, but no files or access links.
- Contact consent and permission to share with a suitable provider are separate choices.
- Project details are not automatically forwarded to installers.
Analytics, when enabled with the required consent, is limited to coarse non-identifying events. Form fields are masked from session replay tooling.
