Information submitted through a form is used to evaluate and respond to that request. Form details are not sent to analytics.
Information boundaries
- First inquiries ask for your name, email, and a short message. An exact home address is not needed.
- The inquiry accepts a plain-text message, without floor-plan files or private access links.
- A general inquiry gives the guide team permission to contact you. We ask before sharing it with an installer. On a named installer profile, the single consent includes contact and sharing with that company.
- Project details are not automatically forwarded to installers.
Analytics, when enabled with the required consent, is limited to coarse non-identifying events. Form fields are masked from session replay tooling.
